  Once I waited there over 2 hours, only to be hurried along and told the best they could do for me was give me an injection that lasts 2 weeks for my hay fever. Really?! Doctor didn't even listen or care about how bad my hay fever was and that it was severely impacting my everyday life - he just wanted to hurry up and get out because I was the last patient.
  Another time I was there, I was in severe pain and I was sure I was developing an ear infection. Lady doctor smirked after she looked in my ear and said no I didn't have an ear infection. A little while later, both ears had an ear infection, Pseudomonas aeruginosa swabbed from my ears and I was in severe pain.
  Please LISTEN to your patients and treat them with respect and not smirk at them because you think you know better.
  Rapport is important, please remind your doctors of this.
